Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

The Gamers World provides digital PS games and PC games that are delivered instantly through Email or WhatsApp.
Since these are digital products, once a game/account is delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This policy outlines the timelines, procedures, and any applicable terms related to refunds and cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in specific, genuine cases:

✔ 2.1 Product Not Delivered Within 24 Hours

If your digital game is not delivered within 24 hours of placing the order:
➡ You are eligible for a full refund.

✔ 2.2 Wrong Product Delivered (Our Mistake)

If the wrong game or wrong version is delivered due to our error:

  • A free replacement will be provided

  • If a replacement is not possible
    ➡ A full refund will be issued

❌ 2.3 No Refund in the Following Cases

Because these are digital items, refunds are not permitted in the following situations:

  • The game/account has already been activated

  • Customer provided incorrect email or WhatsApp number

  • Customer shared the game/account with others (account sharing is not allowed)

  • Platform-related issues (PlayStation/Steam/Server downtime)

  • Customer selected the wrong version (PS4/PS5/PC)

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the customer must provide:

  1. Order ID

  2. Payment screenshot

  3. Registered Email or Phone Number

  4. Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days

  • Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

✔ Before Delivery

  • Cancellation is allowed within 10 minutes of placing the order

  • After this time, the order may already be processed → cancellation may not be possible

❌ After Delivery

  • Once the digital game/account has been delivered
    ➡ Cancellation is not allowed

6. Additional Fees or Charges

  • We do not charge any extra processing or refund fees

  • Eligible refunds are always full refunds
